Frequently asked questions
What documents do I receive after the service?
A detailed technical report and an ART (Technical Responsibility Record), registered with CREA, Brazil's engineering council. For lifeline projects we also deliver the calculation report, technical drawings and the databook of the installed system.
Do you work outside Patos de Minas?
Yes. We are based in Patos de Minas, Brazil, serve the whole state of Minas Gerais and are expanding to the rest of Brazil and to international projects.
How often do I need to repeat an NR-12 or NR-13 inspection?
It depends on the type of equipment, how it is used and what the standard requires for each category. During the technical visit we indicate the report's validity period and the recommended re-inspection schedule.
What is the difference between an inspection and a compliance project?
An inspection assesses the current condition of the equipment or system and issues a compliance report. A compliance project goes further: we size and specify the required corrections (guards, structures, lifelines) so the installation meets the standards.
How is a lifeline quote prepared?
We assess the site (roof, structure, slope, vehicle, etc.), the number of work points and the applicable standards (NR-35, NBR 16325). Based on that, we develop a custom technical project with a calculation report before manufacturing and installation.
Do you only issue the report, or do you also carry out the work?
Both. We can issue only the technical report for an existing installation, or handle the full project - calculation, manufacturing and installation - when the client needs to upgrade or build a new system.
