01Overview

What it is for

A single steel cable system covers two scenarios: maintenance of slopes and embankments, where work takes place on an incline and often with cutting tools, and slab roofs, where the risk lies at the perimeter and at skylight and ventilation openings.

How it works

The posts support the steel cable along the work area. Besides being anchorage points, they serve as work-positioning points, helping the worker stay stable on the slope while operating brush cutters or other tools.

Installation

  • On slopes: a pit is dug, the anchor bolt with its pre-welded threaded rods is positioned, the base is concreted and, after curing, the post is bolted on. Only basic tools are needed.
  • On slabs: the posts are fixed to the concrete with anchor bolts, and the holes are sealed against leaks.

Optional items

Tension indicator, tensioner and energy absorber are not part of the standard supply and can be purchased separately.
