This policy explains which data ACORP Engenharia Ltda (CNPJ 55.158.779/0001-60) processes on acorpengenharia.com.br and in the Client Area, why, and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
Data we process
Contact form: name, email, company, phone, service of interest and your message.
Client Area: login email, company details (legal name, tax ID, contact, phone, email and city) and the technical documents of the services provided, such as inspection reports and ARTs.
Why we use it
To answer contact and quote requests, provide the contracted services, give clients access to their own documents and notify them of upcoming inspection due dates.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The site does not use tracking cookies or visitor analytics tools.
Who we share data with
We use providers that store or process data on our behalf: Supabase (login and database, servers in the United States), Google Drive (document storage), Vercel (website hosting), Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Hostinger (email).
These services may store data outside Brazil, with their own security measures. We do not share data with other companies unless required by law.
Security
Access to the Client Area requires a login and password. Each client sees only their own company's data and documents, and files are not publicly accessible.
How long we keep data
For as long as the client relationship lasts and for the period required by law or technical standards for keeping inspection reports and records.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, as well as information about sharing, by writing to contato@acorpengenharia.com.br.
